Network Configuration and Communication:
- Make necessary connections between a computer and automotive Engine Control Unit (ECU) using harnesses, USB and Serial cables to communicate over the CAN, FLEX buses.
- Worked with vehicle safety technologies like ultrasonic sensors, Lidar and Radar Sensor, cameras, odometer, odroid boards, etc.
- Serial, USB and wireless communication. Hardware Configuration:
- Updating of device drivers to be compatible with other custom devices (developed inhouse).
- Flashing the ECU with the End Of Line (EOL) Software to make it ready for prospective customers.
- Update ECU part numbers and download of software on the Unit.
- Installation of the downloaded software on the cluster unit. Feature Development:
- Collaborated with the safety team to develop algorithms for an obstacle (object) avoidance and self-parking feature for an autonomous vehicle and implemented it using technologies like C++, docker, ultrasonic sensors, cameras, tom mention but a few. Simulation:
- Simulate the ECU using CANalyzer/ CANoe.
- Develop scripts to simulate the ECU for exhibitions and presentations to clients and prospective clients using CAPL (similar to C programming language but for automotives). Testing:
- Development of test scripts to test signal communication in the serial bus systems of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) using CANalyzer. Process Documentation:
- Documentation of activities (step-by-step) of the Embedded Software Team on confluence, the company's shared platform for future reference.

Smart Home
In this project, I use servos and hydralics to rotate the building and also move it up and down, etc. from a mobile device.
PCB Design
Developing a custom PCB for a smart locking system with human recognition features. The design is VDHL.
Smart Locking System
This locking system using sensors and machine learning algorithms to detect human and grant access with permission.
Inventory Mgt System
With the use of sensors and cameras, I track movement of inventory to and fro the warehouse or wherever stock is kept.
